What does our hair sets look like?
Each of our sets comprises 7 pieces strategically designed for even distribution across the head, ensuring a natural and evenly spaced result. This includes 1 piece with 4 clips (20cm wide), 2 pieces with 3 clips each (15cm wide), 2 pieces with 2 clips each (10cm wide), and 2 pieces with 1 clip each (5cm wide).
Our rental process follows a concept similar to renting a wedding dress or an evening gown. You select your preferred length and colour, and we verify its availability for your specific dates. We offer various pricing structures tailored to different durations and multiple uses. For instance, for events like weddings, which often involve a trial, a photoshoot, and the actual wedding day spread across different dates, we have suitable packages. After ensuring the availability of your requested hair set, we'll send you an online booking form. Upon confirmation, we'll issue an invoice for the chosen set. To secure the set for your selected day/s, we require a 50% deposit of the rental fee, the remaining balance of the rental fee and the security deposit needs to be paid before or upon collection.
Our hair extensions are available for collection solely at our premises. Alternatively, we can organize a courier or arrange an Uber collection, the charges for which will be on your account. The same applies to returning the hair extensions. Prior arrangements must be made with us to ensure a smooth collection process. This ensures that we are aware of the designated individual collecting the hair, preventing any unauthorized collections not pre-arranged by you
It needs be arranged with us soonest possible so we can know if the set is booked out right after you as during wedding and matric farewell season several sets are booked out back-to-back. The difference in the longer duration of your booking will be deducted from your refundable deposit. Should you keep it longer than the value of the deposit, we will need you to pay the balance of the rental fee
We use only the finest quality Remy Indian double drawn hair extensions, our hair has gone through 3 rd of sorting as well to create an even thicker fuller end than your standard double drawn hair extensions
Remy hair refers to high-quality human hair used in hair extensions or wigs. It's considered one of the finest types of human hair due to its specific collection method and quality. The term "Remy" implies that the hair is collected in a way that keeps the hair strands aligned in the same direction from root to tip. This method ensures that the cuticles of the hair remain intact and face the same direction, minimizing tangling and maintaining a smoother texture. Remy hair is often sought after because it tends to look more natural, feels soft and silky, and is less prone to tangling and matting compared to non-Remy hair. It's commonly used in high-quality hair extensions, weaves, and wigs.
What is the difference between seamless/silicone weft clip-in extensions and traditional weft clip-in extensions?
Seamless clip-in extensions lie perfectly flat on your head, providing a smooth surface for ultimate comfort. In contrast, traditional weft clip-in extensions are thicker against the scalp and tend to be heavier, resulting in a bulkier feel under your hair.
You'll receive your full refundable deposit within 24 hours of returning the rented hair, provided there are no missing pieces or damages to our hair. In the event of any damage or missing pieces, we'll send you an email detailing the deductions made from your refundable deposit. The remaining amount will be paid out to you. If your deposit was paid in cash and we're able to conduct a quality check upon return without any issues, we'll refund your cash deposit immediately.
Yes, you're permitted to curl the hair. Our hair is made from Remy Indian human hair, allowing you to curl or straighten it just as you would with your natural hair. The hair holds curls quite effectively, and if you prefer, you're welcome to use hairspray for styling.
Yes, you're permitted to use hair spray, hair serum, hair gel, or hair wax, as well as similar products that can be washed off. However, please refrain from using glue or any other form of adhesive, as this will result in a penalty deducted from your refundable deposit. Additionally, any use of colour spray or hair chalk that might alter the natural colour of the rented hair is not allowed.
No, please do not wash the hair before returning it. We'll take care of sanitizing, washing, and treating the hair upon its return to prepare it for the next client. Please return it in the silk bag as it was last used, even if it's curled, tangled, or with hair product still on it.
You're welcome to rent our hair extensions from anywhere in the country. Courier arrangements can be organized at your expense. Please get in touch with us with your specific requirements.
While we prefer in-person meetings to ensure an accurate match, we understand some clients are not able to come in for a colour match. However, hair colours in pictures can be misleading sometimes due to various factors like lighting and screen variations. We'll do our utmost to accommodate you by providing different photos in varying lighting conditions. Additionally, we'll share videos showcasing the hair under different lighting settings to assist in your decision-making process.
Cutting or colouring of our hair extensions is strictly prohibited. Any evidence of cutting or colouring will result in the forfeiture of your entire refundable deposit. During the colour matching process for your desired length, we may occasionally customize a set to better match your hair colour, provided we have virgin hair sets available. This is typically done if we believe your hair colour is a colour we can utilize for future rentals.
We do not provide hair styling services ourselves. However, we maintain a database of hair stylists offering various styles across different budget ranges. If you need hair styling services, we can share our hair stylist database with you.
Clip-in hair extensions do not need formal installation methods; they are easily applied by sliding them into the hair and snapping them closed. They securely grip onto the hair for the duration of wear. However, it's important to note that sleeping or swimming with clip-in hair extensions is not recommended as they may shift out of place
Please consider that your height can influence how a particular length appears on you. For instance,
someone measuring 1.5m versus someone at 1.8m won't achieve the same look with the same
length of hair extensions.
We recommend an easy method to gauge the length that suits you best: Cut
a piece of string to your desired length and clip it into the back central part
of your hair (at ear level) using a bobby pin. Assess where the string hangs
both at the back and brought forward to the front to help determine the
ideal length for your preference.
