• If your event involves an updo, ask us beforehand. Our wefts can usually still be incorporated, but placement may need to be adjusted slightly.

• Avoid running your fingers roughly through the roots, since this is where clips are most likely to loosen.

• If a clip ever feels loose, simply unclip and reposition it slightly higher into the root section rather than tugging on it.

• Lay the wefts flat or loosely coil them, rather than balling them up, to keep them tangle-free for their return.

• Avoid sleeping in the extensions. They’re designed for single-day or single-event wear.
• Don’t apply heat styling tools above the recommended temperature, as excessive heat can affect the cuticle over multiple rentals.
• Avoid swimming, saunas, or steam rooms while wearing the set.
• No heating tools on the silicone section of the hair.

Returning Your Rental

Once your event wraps up, simply store the wefts flat or loosely coiled in their original packaging if you still have it, and return them according to the timeline agreed when you booked.
