1. Ensure All 7 Pieces Are Accounted For

Every rental set includes 7 pieces, and it’s your responsibility to ensure all 7 are returned. Missing pieces can result in fees or forfeiture of your deposit. Before packing the extensions, lay them out and double-check that every piece is there.

2. Do Not Wash the Hair

Hair-Rent will professionally clean, treat, and sanitize each set upon return. Do not wash or condition the hair yourself. Instead, return the extensions exactly as it is after you’ve clipped them out, with tangled, hair spray or whatever it is still in the hair.

3. Stack the Extensions Correctly

Stack the pieces in the correct order to keep them neat and easy to inspect upon return and to be sure that all the pieces are there:

• Start with the 4-clip piece at the bottom,
• Then layer both 3-clip pieces on top,
• Next, stack the two 2-clip pieces,
• And finally, place the two 1-clip pieces on top.
